If you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a full refund, if you do so more than thirty days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel thirty days or less prior to arrival, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, no refund will be issued.
Your credit card will be charged one night’s rent plus applicable taxes at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
We have partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide coverage for our guests. The optional coverage provides trip insurance, emergency assistance, and travel services in case of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. We strongly urge you to consider this insurance when planning your vacation! Adding insurance to your reservation covers trip cancellation or interruption due to:
~ A named hurricane or other natural disasters
~ Uninhabitability of the destination vacation home caused by a natural disaster
~ Uninhabitability of your primary residence or your traveling companion’s primary residence caused by natural disaster
~ Sickness, injury or death of you, a family member or traveling companion

Check in is any time after 4pm. Check out time is 11am. When possible, we will make every effort to accommodate early check ins or late check outs, but these cannot be guaranteed.
Boat slips can be reserved by calling 866-569-8678. To guarantee availability, we recommend booking your boat slip at the same time you reserve your villa.
No, pets are not allowed at The Castle Courtyard Villas.
Pool hours are 9:00 am until 7:00 pm. The pool will be open Mid-April through mid-October. The pool is shared between the Castle B&B guests and The Courtyard Villa guests. Children under 16 need to be supervised by an adult.
No, the guests of the villas do not get breakfast at The Castle B&B.
